Once again, Bitter Bill is getting a slight delay. The short is fully animated at this point, and merely in need of some music. I took it to my internship in order to get some professional advice, and they gave me some really excellent ideas on how to improve it. I'm going to be working to edit it down a bit and improve some of the animation, and will hopefully get it out in the next couple of weeks. It will be done soon. Seriously.
